  • Yes! Fit2Perform is an in-network provider with Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Cigna insurance plans.

For other insurance providers, we are out-of-network and do not bill them directly, but many clients choose to submit receipts for reimbursement. We can provide you with the appropriate paperwork to do so.

We also offer straightforward out-of-pocket rates for those who prefer not to use insurance.

  • Typically, no! In Vermont, you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral thanks to direct access laws. However, some insurance plans still require a referral—reach out to us and we’ll help you check your specific coverage.

  • We see active adults, athletes, pre and postpartum individuals, equestrians, weekend warriors, youth athletes, and everyday folks trying to move and feel better. Whether you're coming off surgery, preparing for competition, or just trying to keep up with your kids—we've got you!
