At Fit2Perform, we take a whole-body approach to identify and address the root causes of pelvic discomfort, whether it’s related to postpartum recovery, pelvic floor muscle tension, injury, or chronic conditions such as endometriosis or pelvic floor dysfunction.

Through specialized assessment, gentle hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, and nervous system regulation strategies, we work to restore mobility, improve muscle coordination, and reduce pain. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered in your body so you can return to the activities you love without being held back by pelvic pain.

How it Works

  • Our one-on-one sessions begin with a thorough assessment to uncover the root causes of your pain. We use evidence-based techniques including pelvic floor muscle retraining, gentle manual therapy, breathing and relaxation strategies, and tailored exercise programs to improve muscle coordination, restore mobility, and reduce discomfort.

    This exam can be both external only and internal with our trained and highly experienced pelvic floor doctors of physical therapy

  • Whether you’re dealing with pain during exercise, sitting, intimacy, or daily activities, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you move confidently and comfortably again.
