Calling All VT Equestrians!
Build balance. Control your power. Ride stronger.
The Rider Performance Series is a progressive, sport-specific training program designed for cyclists and equestrians who want to enhance their movement, strength, and stability both on and off the saddle.
Across eight weeks, we focus on key movement patterns that directly impact your performance—starting with foundational strength, symmetry, and control, then advancing toward power, endurance, and adaptability. Each session blends mobility work, strength training, and core stability designed to improve your posture, breathing efficiency, and movement coordination.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to optimize your ride mechanics, this series helps you move better, breathe better, and perform with more confidence.
We are currently not in session - but stay tuned for another session around March!
-
Reconnect. Rebuild. Return to strength.
The Strong Start Mama Class is a guided postpartum strength and recovery program designed to help moms safely rebuild their core, pelvic floor, and full-body strength after birth.
Led by a pelvic floor and women’s health physical therapist, each session focuses on restoring foundational movement patterns, improving posture and breathing mechanics, and gradually progressing toward functional, everyday strength. We blend mobility, stability, and resistance-based training to help you move confidently through motherhood—whether that means lifting your baby, returning to exercise, or simply feeling strong in your body again.
Join a supportive community of women rebuilding strength and confidence together in a safe, empowering environment.
Next Session coming up after Mother’s Day - reach out to F2P if you would like to drop in or join late!
